Job Summary
As a Caregiver Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, mobility, and hygiene
- Assist clients with meal preparation and cooking, as well as shopping and household tasks
- Encourage clients to participate in social activities and outings, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and support
- DEAES/DEAVS diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
