About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at REFEA. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing our commercial strategy, analyzing customer needs, and developing solutions to meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Policy Implementation: Develop and execute commercial plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and preferences to inform business decisions.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer expectations and drive business results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and improve qualitative and quantitative performance indicators to ensure optimal business performance.
  • Advisor Development: Enhance the skills and performance of our advisors to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Partner Management: Select, evaluate, and manage partners to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of our Customer Service activities to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Coordination: Coordinate communication between our departments and call center to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Management Process: Establish and maintain management processes, reporting, and call center supervision to ensure optimal business performance.
  • Information Management: Ensure our call center is equipped with up-to-date information to assist customers with technical, commercial, and billing inquiries.
  • Customer Feedback: Contribute to service enhancement based on customer feedback to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Brand Representation: Represent and promote our company values and image to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: Successful experience in Customer Service management.
  • Skills: Passion for customer satisfaction, strong organizational and leadership skills, results-driven, team player.
