Embark on a promising career path with OpenClassrooms. We are seeking a Commercial Associate (F/H) for an apprenticeship contract with one of our partners in the sales and commerce sector. This role is designed for candidates pursuing their training through OpenClassrooms.

Outcome: Upon completion of your training, you will be fully prepared for employment. Our dedicated teams assist each profile in finding an employer, resulting in an impressive student employment rate exceeding 80%.

Your Responsibilities as a Commercial Associate (F/H)

• Prospecting: Identify and engage with a clientele of businesses or resellers to present and sell products or services in alignment with the commercial objectives of the organization.
• Client Management: Conduct follow-up activities with clients, including loyalty operations and satisfaction surveys.
• Team Coordination: If applicable, coordinate the activities of the sales team.

Work Schedule

This position involves working from Monday to Friday, with a standard work period of 8 hours. Enjoy weekends off and work during the day.

In the Company: 4 days a week (days of your choice) with reduced presence to 3 days 1 to 2 times a month.

In Training: 1 day per week plus an additional day 1 to 2 times a month.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals with a background in sales or commerce (BTS, DUT, or equivalent). Ideal candidates should possess:
