Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute pastry recipes with precision and attention to detail
- Manage product shelf life dates and ensure the quality of perishable products
- Label and tag products according to company standards
- Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Mandatory CAP/BEP Pastry certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Understanding of culinary production processes (pastries, cakes, biscuits)
