Senior C++ Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated C++ Developer to join our ENOVIA India organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a fundamental role in enabling business and industry innovators to collaboratively build and execute a successful plan, transforming market opportunities into marketplace advantages.
You will work closely with Product Development Managers to define specifications, software architecture, and design of features in client-side applications. Your responsibilities will include creating object-oriented, scalable, performant, and reusable components. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to resolve dependencies, breakdown work, develop, and contribute to functional and performance tests.
Key Responsibilities- Estimating, designing, developing, planning, and implementing software modules and features.
- Resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation, creating new and innovative ways to improve applications.
- Mentoring and guiding fellow junior engineers, helping in hiring and building the team.
- Working closely with customers on real-time production issues.
- Working closely with a geographically distributed team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related discipline from a reputable institution with a good academic track record.
- 3-5 years of extensive hands-on experience with design and development of complex software products and exposure to unit testing tools.
- Deep understanding of computer sciences and fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, HLD & LLD/OOPS, OOAD concepts.
- Expert-level knowledge in C++, Component Object Model (COM), CAA (Component Application Architecture).
- Good knowledge of client-server architectures.
- Good knowledge of DevOps/Cloud technologies.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries.
- Working knowledge of Windows O/S.
- Good understanding of software architecture, software performance, and security.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot applications and environment issues.
- Adaptability, ability to learn faster, independent, responsible, and diligent.
- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills, excellent written, verbal, communication skills, analytical skills, and business thinking.
- Work in a culture of collaboration and innovation.
