About the Role

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate - Development Support to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients, including resolving technical issues and creating tickets in ServiceNow.
  • Coordination with Vendors: Coordinate with vendors for COTS application and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve production incidents, including application outages, job failures, system/data defects, and workstation issues.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document KBAs/SOPs and prepare RCAs for problem tickets.
  • Continuous Improvement: Propose CSIs and add value to the business.
Requirements
  • Education: B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of VB6, Java, AWS, RDBMS concepts, SQL Server, Oracle DB, GIT, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in French and English.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility to work during weekends, willingness to learn new technologies, and ability to handle business user calls.
