Job Title: eGO (Content and Community Coordinator)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content and Community Coordinator to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our digital content team, you will be responsible for creating and distributing engaging content across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and in-resort digital screens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Club Med's brand and business goals
- Create high-quality digital content, including videos, images, and written content, for various platforms
- Manage and maintain Club Med's social media presence, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy of content across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze digital content performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy
Requirements:
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
