About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Adfinitas. As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop and implement marketing strategies to meet their needs
  • Analyze briefs and validate the feasibility of projects
  • Coordinate resources internally and externally, from conception to production
  • Ensure timely delivery and budget management
  • Monitor and control the quality of produced elements
  • Prepare and present campaign reports and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Estimate and track campaign projections and revenue
  • Manage invoicing and follow-up on outstanding invoices
  • Conduct competitive analysis (qualitative and quantitative)
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in marketing and project management, preferably with experience in the non-profit sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Master's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and project management, preferably in an agency or non-profit setting
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
