With a strong expertise, our team is committed to listening to the needs of our customers. Our technical skills, combined with the support of our factories, enable us to deliver key solutions for various applications.

We are recognized for our innovation and technical expertise, and we accompany our customers in the construction of data centers by providing backup generators.

In the context of our development, we are seeking a Power Generation Field Technician - Level 1 for Paris (Ile-de-France).

As an autonomous professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the completion of tasks in accordance with project specifications, while ensuring the quality of work and the reliability of installations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

During commissioning:

  • Attend technical meetings prior to commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental rules
  • Verify installations before testing
  • Participate in cable modifications before and during commissioning, finishing, and lifting of reserves
  • Provide training to clients
  • Perform internal and client-present tests

During the execution of the project:

  • Ensure that subcontractors comply with site work requirements (PPSPS, VIC, documents, etc.)
  • Study and validate subcontractor operating procedures
  • From directives and plans: planning, supervision, coordination, and control of on-site work related to the installation of generators carried out by our teams or subcontractors
  • Attend project meetings with the client and subcontractors and draft progress reports

QUALIFICATIONS

Your profile:

To hold this position, referring to different areas of activity (electromechanics, electricity, handling, fuel network, fumigation, ventilation, acoustics), you have already assumed responsibility for an installation operation or wish to evolve towards this type of responsibility and value your professional experience of at least 3 years in this field.

  • With a strong interest in technology and a genuine sense of initiative, you appreciate working in a team while intervening simultaneously on different projects.
  • Your rigor, ease of communication, and adaptability to situations encountered, combined with a sense of diplomacy, will enable you to integrate easily into our human-sized team and hold this position successfully.
  • Fluency in English is required, and experience in the data center field would be an asset.
  • For this position based in Ile-de-France, some travel to the provinces may be required.
