About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Flowie, a leading B2B collaboration platform. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating simple, intuitive designs that deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design clean, intuitive interfaces that prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness.
  • Develop designs that cater to multiple user personas, creating a cohesive and smooth experience across different user journeys.
  • Design responsive interfaces for cross-platform environments, including mobile, desktop, B2B, B2C, and marketplaces.
  • Lead design initiatives that challenge the status quo and disrupt the market with innovative and groundbreaking solutions.
  • Take ownership of design projects, from concept to completion, working independently and confidently to deliver high-quality results.
  • Craft visually compelling and effective user interfaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and user-centric.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create simple, intuitive, and impactful designs.
  • Strong experience in Figma, including creating design systems, prototypes, and collaborative design processes.
  • Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in both languages.
  • Proven expertise in designing for both UX and UI, with a focus on delivering smooth, user-friendly experiences across multiple personas.
  • Experience designing for various platforms, including mobile, desktop, B2B, B2C, and marketplaces.
  • Ability to think creatively and disruptively, bringing innovative solutions to complex design challenges.
  • Strong ability to manage your own projects, work independently, and deliver high-quality results without needing close supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch design quality.
