Lead Engineer F/M

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Project Engineering Manager. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing a team of multidisciplinary project engineers and supervising subcontracted engineering activities.
The successful candidate will have a high degree in Engineering and a specialization in Mechanics, with at least 10 years of experience in managing teams of engineers or as an Engineering Manager for turnkey projects. Significant experience in Oil & Gas and pipelines would be highly appreciated.
You will be responsible for managing the planning and participating in the management of the project's engineering budget, ensuring compliance with applicable specifications and codes, as well as compliance with the company's engineering processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of multidisciplinary project engineers
- Supervise subcontracted engineering activities

Requirements:
- High degree in Engineering and specialization in Mechanics
- At least 10 years of experience in managing teams of engineers or as an Engineering Manager for turnkey projects
- Significant experience in Oil & Gas and pipelines
- Good knowledge of technical standards and codes specific to the oil industry
- Involved and proactive in terms of quality, health and safety
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French would be a plus
- Knowledge of Abaqus and Solidworks software would be a plus
