Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Director to join our team at Emeis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our medical center, ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management: Oversee the administration of clinic staff, including managing employee relations, payroll, and benefits.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial stability of the medical center.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and development.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
