Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Backend Engineer, your role encompasses various critical functions: enhancing existing architectures, collaborating with teams to optimize operations, and implementing new features and functionalities. You will play a pivotal role in establishing best practices, setting coding standards, and contributing to the strategic direction of the development team. Additionally, you will offer guidance to developers focusing on platforms, databases, and APIs.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with equivalent practical experience
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience
Required Experience:
- Development of micro-service based web applications
- API design and implementation
- Application rationalization and roadmap development
- Proficiency in Java, JEE, Spring, and agile methodologies; experience with Hybris is preferred
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills in English
