Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing effective communication with investigational sites and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor clinical trials, including review of study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable SOPs.
  • Communicate effectively with investigational sites, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Participate in investigator meetings and provide training as necessary.
  • Work on process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new procedures.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in pharmacy, life science, or related field.
  • Experience: 0-1 years of clinical monitoring experience.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and French.
  • Ability to work a combination of office- and home-based in the Paris area.

Desirable Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated understanding of medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology.
  • Excellent understanding and application of GCPs and applicable SOPs.
  • Management of regulatory and/or IEC questions.
  • Development and preparation of local informed consent forms.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Management of study supply delivery.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently as required.
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
