Within the TotalEnergies' OneTech division, the Convergence and Support department is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in Offshore Wind Operations & Maintenance who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the expertise and skills related to the Operations of Offshore Wind Assets, contributing to the rapid expansion of the Company's multi-energy initiatives.
This role encompasses defining, supporting, and ensuring the effective integration of safe Operations, Maintenance, and Logistics for Offshore Wind projects from inception through to ongoing operations.
As a recognized authority in offshore wind field operations, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing HSE performance in facility operations, including incident reporting and feedback sharing.
- Providing assistance to O&M leaders in development studies and projects, closely collaborating with the CL/Power team.
- Participating in audits and technical evaluations.
- Leveraging Return of Experience, consolidating benchmarks (both internal and external), and managing technological and market insights.
- Establishing and overseeing the Technical Referential.
- Identifying and prioritizing innovative technologies or methodologies essential for achieving operational excellence in current and future Offshore Wind operations, and leading or contributing to related studies.
- Facilitating the network of key players in Field Operations across the organization.
- Representing TotalEnergies at external events.
The Offshore Wind sector is experiencing significant global growth, with ambitious objectives set to achieve 35 GW of Renewable Energy capacity in operation by the Company by 2025.
