Transport Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Transport Coordinator to oversee and optimize our transportation and shipping operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our delivery processes are executed efficiently and effectively.

• Plan and manage transportation logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Oversee the delivery workflow, from assessing supply capabilities to ensuring customer satisfaction with each shipment.
• Serve as a liaison between our organization and transportation providers, maintaining ongoing communication to align on orders and delivery timelines.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges and inefficiencies to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, keeping them updated and enforced.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Proficient in SAP and transport management systems, along with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Fluent in English with experience in international communication.
• Proactive approach with strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
