Position Summary:
The Multi-Brand Warranty Management Leader will play a crucial role in overseeing warranty operations for our electric vehicle offerings across various brands. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of warranty frameworks, exceptional technical acumen, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute robust warranty policies and protocols for diverse vehicle brands.
- Oversee the warranty claims process, ensuring prompt and precise resolutions.
- Evaluate warranty data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, procurement, production, and engineering teams to tackle recurring challenges and improve product quality.
- Engage with customers, dealerships, and service centers to address warranty-related inquiries.
- Educate and assist the Aftersales team on warranty procedures and best practices.
- Maintain meticulous records of all warranty claims and communications.
- Generate regular reports on warranty performance and key metrics.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in warranty management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in warranty management within the automotive sector, preferably in the electric vehicle domain.
- In-depth knowledge of electric vehicle repair and maintenance, with the ability to mentor others and identify issues proactively.
- Strong grasp of warranty policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with Excel and Power BI is advantageous.
- Commitment to sustainability and innovation in transportation.
