Job MissionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Site Manager to perform all technical tasks related to maintenance, including:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on all installations
Carrying out interventions and troubleshooting at the request of the client or occupants
Conducting technical rounds and taking readings (monthly fluid controls)
Accompanying external contractors and regulatory control bodies
Entering intervention requests into the computerized management module
Writing reports of interventions using the Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management (GMAO) system
Participating in technical on-call duty, if necessary
Supporting the Site Manager in their activities and ensuring customer interface, if necessary
Degree in a technical field such as CAP, BEP, Baccalauréat Professionnel, or BTS, preferably in the field of energy and climate systems maintenance (TISEC, TMSEC, FED, etc.)
Good knowledge of electricity
Current and low-voltage electrical authorization is required
Attainment of the capacity certificate for handling refrigerant fluids is an asset
Previous experience in our field (minimum internship and alternation) is desirable
Initial phone exchange with an HR representative
Physical or video interview with an HR representative
Physical or video interview with an operational manager
Decision-making and notification of the result
