DentalMonitoring is a leading MedTech company in the fast-growing field of oral healthcare. We are seeking a talented Global Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our global marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English and French, and experience in administration or sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the global marketing manager and other key stakeholders to implement the marketing strategy
  • Understand the company brand, products, and customers
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  • Organize and interpret market research
  • Analyze questionnaires and other forms of feedback
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing and sales teams
  • Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents
  • Create marketing materials such as email templates and presentations
  • Upload supporting documents to our regional distribution platforms
  • Create reports related to ongoing projects
  • Maintain an organized marketing assets database
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team
  • Work with various types of software, such as Canva, Beefree, Airtable, and Salesforce
Requirements
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in French. Other languages are a plus
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Competent in Google Suite: Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Experience in administration or as a sales and marketing assistant
