As a Product Architect Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of architects responsible for designing and developing our products. You will work closely with our commercial teams to understand customer needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a plan to internalize our product architecture team, currently composed mainly of external partners
- Define and negotiate the terms of operation of the product architecture center of competence with the rest of the department, value chains, business teams, and the executive team
- Ensure the operational performance of the product architecture team (operational follow-up, adequacy of resources to the needs of the company and products, team sizing, etc.)
- Support product teams, composed of métier, value chain, centers of excellence, support, and operations teams, in building the product architecture vision (emergent design) to evaluate it against the company's architecture (intentional architecture) to inform decision-making (domain architecture)
- Participate in the good management of the company's IT heritage by modeling the aspects concerned by the products (processes, information, applications, technologies, security), inscribing and treating the technical debt and obsolescence elements on the product perimeter
- Ensure the maintenance of a good level of competence of the deployed architects on the products
- Participate in raising awareness among product teams of the use of security mechanisms
Requirements:
- Master's degree (Bac + 5) and at least 15 years of experience in architecture, during which you have developed mastery of:
- Standards and modeling: TOGAF, SAFe, UML, BPMN, etc.
- Urbanization issues (project transformation and evolution of products already in service) as well as patterns and anti-patterns
- Complex architecture missions and demonstrated ability to quickly grasp a structured and precise understanding of new product perimeters
- Strong technical culture resulting from varied experiences (developer, tester, technical manager, project manager, exploiter, consultant, etc.), including mastery of general technological concepts: data storage, protocols, programming languages, etc., and a desire to develop it
- Recognized expertise in a technological environment or product
- Communication and change management principles
- English language skills
We are looking for a candidate who is oriented towards results, autonomous, and able to rely on their management and relational skills to listen, anticipate, convince, and organize with a variety of stakeholders: DSI, RSSI, product managers, data teams, both internally and externally.
