Store Manager - Foussier
Foussier is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Leader to manage our 650m2 store in Gonesse. Reporting directly to the Regional Store Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales, exceeding performance targets, and fostering a positive and productive work environment for your team of three.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product assortment and ensure it aligns with customer demand and market trends.
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment that reflects Foussier's brand standards.
- Coordinate sales promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team by providing clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in retail management, strong sales acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. You possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a commitment to driving business success. A background in commerce or management, coupled with previous experience in a similar role, is highly desirable.
