**Freelance Project Manager for Windows 11 Migration**
MyNextCompany is seeking a highly skilled Freelance Project Manager to lead the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 as part of their comprehensive Workplace Separation Program.
Key Responsibilities:- **Project Planning and Execution**: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing any issues or risks that arise.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless migration and minimal disruption to business operations.
- **System Assessment and Mitigation**: Conduct thorough assessments of current systems and infrastructure to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
- **Application Compatibility**: Ensure compatibility of all applications and systems with Windows 11, coordinating necessary updates or replacements.
- **Change Management**: Implement change management strategies to support end-user adoption and minimize resistance to the new operating system.
- **Project Reporting**: Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at all levels.
- **Collaboration and Compliance**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure successful project execution, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Post-Migration Review**: Conduct post-migration reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in managing a Windows Migration in a workplace Separation program
- Strong background in IT Project Management, Infrastructure, and Change Management
- English fluent, French a strong asset
