Position Title: HSE Coordinator
Employment Type: Permanent role
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of enhancement initiatives determined by stakeholders following risk assessments through audits, root cause analysis, field observations, and alerts.
- Foster and cultivate a culture centered on safety and environmental stewardship.
- Oversee environmental reporting processes.
- Deliver regulatory oversight and preventive training for management personnel.
- Revise the single document with managers: continuous assessment of safety and environmental hazards, leading to actionable plans.
- Educate management and staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Uphold environmental compliance.
- Engage in the CSSCT.
- Maintain updated records on product usage (chemical substances, safety data sheets, etc.).
- Initiate and conduct field audits.
- Ensure regular compliance checks related to maintenance.
- Supervise effective waste management practices on-site.
- Contribute to the company’s HSE network and disseminate relevant information.
- Prepare for the Site Management review.
- Coordinate safety and environmental matters, ensuring that each HSE Coordinator adheres to the established policies across sites.
- Lead the HSE network on specific topics to guarantee the fulfillment of set objectives.
- Collaborate with the group on managed subjects.
Your Qualifications:
- Understanding of accident prevention methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Proficient in group facilitation and coaching techniques.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a focus on safety, environmental, and energy conservation issues.
