- Oversee and evaluate grain deliveries via barge or truck, ensuring adherence to customer standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance activities at the facility.
- Manage the organization and cleanliness of the site.
The ideal applicant should possess a BTSA or BAC pro qualification along with relevant experience in a silo setting. Strong computer skills are necessary. A solid understanding of the agricultural sector and familiarity with grain storage operations are essential. Experience operating handling equipment such as Manitou is advantageous.
