**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Project Manager to join our team on a 12-month apprenticeship contract. As part of our Bachelor's program in Event Management and Communication, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Conduct market research to assess the feasibility of hosting a citizen's fair
• Develop and propose event concepts and programming
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders and speakers
• Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy and visual identity
• Establish a budget and explore funding opportunities
• Develop and implement event management tools and evaluation metrics
• Oversee the logistical aspects of the event

• Strong understanding of event management and communication tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Relevant education and experience in event management or a related field
