Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Export Specialist to join our team at SKILLS RH. As an Export Specialist, you will be responsible for receiving and processing export orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process export orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and shipments
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and logistics providers
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and requirements for international trade
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as international trade, logistics, or business
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export or international trade
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
