Role Overview

The R&D Engineer II contributes to the development of SPDM software and next-generation technologies and products, focusing on Simulation Process Data Management in an agile environment.

This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining functionality related to SPDM, as well as contributing to the development of software products and supporting systems.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, maintaining, testing, and documenting software modules and sub-systems, as well as performing moderately complex bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products.

The ideal candidate will have working experience within technical software development, proven by academic, research, or industry projects, and proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or C#.

Familiarity with client-server or cloud-based software, Docker, Linux, and HPC experience are desirable. We operate on three key components: commitments to our stakeholders, behaviors of how we work together, and actions of how we deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain functionality related to SPDM
  • Contribute to the development of software products and supporting systems
  • Perform moderately complex bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Working experience within technical software development, proven by academic, research, or industry projects
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or C#
  • Familiarity with client-server or cloud-based software, Docker, Linux, and HPC experience are desirable
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
