COMSIP is seeking a highly skilled Installation Engineer Flexible and Reel Lay to join our team. As a key member of our Deep-Water Team, you will be responsible for the engineering and installation of flexible and reel-lay scope parts of the project.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the engineering and installation of flexible and reel-lay scope parts of the project, ensuring safe and on-time delivery within the EPCI Contract.
- Collaborate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the installation campaign.
- Assess and analyze installation spreads, contractors' capabilities, and challenge the robustness of their overall execution planning.
- Develop and implement effective interfaces with deep-water installation vessels and general offshore construction works.
- Manage and resolve technical interfaces with other discipline engineers in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental requirements, as well as Quality Assurance and Control standards.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering of large-scale EPCI contracts, including flexibles, reel-lay, and structure installation work scopes in deep and shallow water.
- Proven track record of delivering complex installation projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Strong technical knowledge of flexible and reel-lay installation, including design, planning, and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, and current BOSIET and OGUK medical certification.
