About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our clients' KPIs and business objectives, working closely with colleagues to maintain an impeccable store environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our clients' business objectives and KPIs
  • Assist with daily operations, including maintaining a well-organized store environment and providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Fragrance or Luxury Retail
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Fluent in English
