Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join our team at Club Med. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring that it meets the high standards of quality and customer satisfaction that Club Med is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the marketing and merchandising principles of Club Med
- Ensure that the spa offer is consistently delivered to the highest standards, respecting Club Med's quality and service standards
- Lead and manage a team of spa professionals, providing training and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
- Optimize the organization and administration of the spa, including inventory management, scheduling, and team management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of spa services and to promote the spa brand
Requirements
- 2-year technical degree in cosmetics or a related field
- Fluent French language skills, with knowledge of another foreign language a plus
- Proven experience in spa management, with a strong track record of success in sales, customer service, and team leadership
- Strong commercial sense, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
