Position Overview:
As an Industrial Procurement Specialist at HEMERIA, you will play a crucial role in managing the purchasing process for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process Purchase Requests effectively,
- Identify and assess potential suppliers to ensure they align with our operational requirements,
- Make informed decisions on supplier selection,
- Develop and review bids focusing on cost, quality, and delivery timelines,
- Engage in negotiations with chosen suppliers to secure optimal pricing, delivery schedules, and quality assurances,
- Draft purchase orders and contracts as necessary,
- Track the status of orders, ensuring timely delivery and acknowledgment,
- Keep internal stakeholders informed about order progress,
- Facilitate communication between the accounting department and suppliers,
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in technology.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial procurement,
- Exceptional negotiation capabilities,
- Proficient in presenting procurement offers to internal stakeholders,
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and familiarity with standards in the aerospace and defense sectors,
- Experience with ERP systems,
- Fluency in English is required,
- Experience in electronic procurement is advantageous.
