Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bus Network Enforcement Officers. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our bus network by upholding fare regulations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular ticket inspections on buses to verify passenger fares.
- Issue fines to passengers who are found to be traveling without valid tickets or attempting to evade payment.
- Provide clear and concise information to passengers regarding fare regulations, routes, and schedules.
- Assist passengers with inquiries and provide support in resolving any issues they may encounter.
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class B).
- Proven experience in conflict management or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
