About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Receptionist (M/W) to join our team at Groupe Restoleil. As a key member of our Reception team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing the reception service, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the reception service, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Check reservations and invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Control the management of arrivals and departures, ensuring all formalities are respected.
- Respect the quality of the Base Camp Lodge service, providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage the reception of guests, providing information on life at the hotel and resort.
- Ensure good communication between the reception and other departments.
Requirements
- One year experience in a similar position is required.
- Good mastery of the English language.
- Knowledge of current health and safety standards.
- Ability to be organized, rigorous, dynamic, and committed, with an impeccable presentation.
- Mastery of the computer tool and its classic software.
- Mastery of the switchboard.
Qualifications
- BTS in Tourism, Hotel Management, or Tourism Animation and Management.
What We Offer
- Permanent position, with the possibility to start on a fixed-term contract.
- Net monthly salary: 1600 – 1700 euros net per month, depending on profile.
- Working hours: 35 hours.
- Working hours: mornings / days and evenings.
- Possibility of accommodation.
