  • After reviewing the accounting data, organizing regular synthesis and decision-making meetings regarding closure options with other finance stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal control protocols and both French and Group accounting regulations.

2/ Compliance and Financial Transformation:
  • Ensuring, and if necessary, questioning the proper implementation of processes among other stakeholders (business finance, shared services).
  • Supervising the analysis of the balance sheet and P&L for your entity to verify the accuracy of the accounts. Proposing corrective measures and leading action plans when necessary.
  • Validating the accounts for your entity.
  • Understanding and anticipating the effects of transformation on your area’s processes.
  • Challenging existing practices and suggesting potential enhancements.
  • Adapting comfortably to a continuously changing environment.

You are:

  • Possessing a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or DSCG.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting firm or a similar role.

And you have:

  • Exceptional knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.
  • Proficient understanding of information systems.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, persistent, and self-sufficient.

We offer you:
By joining Schneider Electric, you can expect a range of benefits designed to enhance your experience.

  • A competitive salary, individual bonuses, and profit-sharing schemes that recognize everyone's contributions.
  • A variety of social benefits that simplify life: from works councils to extensive catalogs, comprehensive insurance options, well-funded savings and retirement plans, and an attractive employee share ownership program.
  • Opportunities for professional growth through training, mobility, and internal promotions (both local and international), along with skills sharing.
  • A structured onboarding process from day one to equip you for success at Schneider Electric, within a culture that champions diversity, professional fulfillment, and inclusion.
  • A balanced work-life experience supported by our teleworking policy (up to 48% remote work, with necessary equipment provided), parental support, and inter-company childcare facilities.
