Our six distinct sectors include Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, and Infrastructure & Real Estate.
What You'll DoAs a member of our Principal Investors and Private Equity practice area, you will be at the core of our Paris PIPE team. You will collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds to advise PIPE clients on various topics, including:
- Delivering due diligence and portfolio company value creation projects for leading private equity clients
- Leading the day-to-day execution of consulting projects and ensuring successful delivery of client requirements within the scope of the engagement
- Leading client presentations and meetings
- Working jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site
- Providing intellectual leadership for the project teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and analysis
We are seeking exceptional talents to join our team. You would typically:
- Have at least 5 years of experience with a leading strategy consulting firm, investment firm/fund, transaction services, or corporate strategy/M&A
- Have experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda
- Have the interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations
- Be a collaborative team player with positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experienced in international work
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills
