As an Academic Coach, your role will involve engaging with learners, offering guidance, and assessing their development throughout the educational journey. Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehend course material and communicate clear expectations to learners.
  • Provide mentorship and support to enrich the online educational experience.
  • Encourage student engagement and act as a facilitator.
  • Address student inquiries promptly.
  • Track student progress and provide assistance as necessary.
  • Prepare and deliver virtual sessions.
  • Assess student submissions and offer constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with the EDHEC Business School team for program enhancement.
  • Uphold ethical standards and report any issues.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in the relevant field.
  • Professional experience in international environments.
  • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and expertise with others.
  • Fluency in French and/or English.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms.
  • Availability for a minimum of 5 hours per week for course-related duties.
