Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a skilled professional to join our Airline Services & Support team in Toulouse, France.
About the Role:
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the Customer Services information system, ensuring it meets the needs of Airbus Aircraft in operation and supports the sale of additional services to Airlines.
You will analyze and understand business processes and their new challenges, including full digitalization, mobile access, 100% availability, and 100% quality.
Design functional and technical solution architecture using best-of-breed technologies and aligning with Airbus Information Technology strategy.
Develop the architecture vision and roadmap for Airlines Services & Support area, considering traditional and new technologies, such as AWS, web portals, hybrid architecture, IAM, in-memory databases, and major backbone software like SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong Architect experience with the ability to consider high-level security requirements, high-level SLA, IAM, and DevOps.
Knowledge of AWS is mandatory, with Skywise being a plus.
Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex information and present it to stakeholders and management.
Team Player and collaborative mindset with a risk-based approach, creative thinking, and a strong understanding of customer activities (Airline, MROs, Lessors, etc.) and customer services.
Advanced level in French and negotiation level in English.
