About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Control Senior Manager to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our Commercial and Category leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into brand performance.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases and ROI analyses for marketing investments.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly forecasting processes, and provide financial guidance to support business planning.
- 5-8 years of experience in a finance business partnering role, preferably in the FMCG or Beauty sector.
- Strong financial expertise, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and analyze key business drivers.
