Your Responsibilities:- Manage incoming communications regarding insurance-related tasks and ensure proper routing of inquiries, adhering to internal protocols (including scripts and response timelines).
- Maintain outstanding service quality.
- Fulfill customer expectations in file processing and scheduling, optimizing technician appointments based on team availability.
- Work Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week (overtime compensated and exempt from taxes and charges).
- Work Schedule: Daytime - Monday to Friday.
- Contract Type: Permanent.
- Immediate start available.

Compensation:
Monthly gross salary ranging from €2,060 to €2,200, based on experience and qualifications, plus a holiday bonus equivalent to 30% of the paid leave allowance.
Your Team:You will collaborate with a team of Insurance Mission Managers, reporting to the Insurance Plateau Manager. Each agency is overseen by a Director who serves as a liaison for the national team. Our Head Office and support services are available daily to assist all employees as needed.
Required Skills:- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with both internal and external clients.

- Adaptability.

Holding a BAC or BTS, you may be a novice or possess prior experience.
