Who Are We Seeking?WeMaintain is in search of a Chief Operations Officer to join our executive leadership team.
The COO will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing operational strategies, overseeing daily functions across various regions, and implementing effective processes and tools to drive continuous improvement.
This role is cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with executive management. The COO will identify challenges, assess customer needs, and analyze market trends to facilitate the execution of our strategic roadmap:
- Product Engineering is tasked with delivering technological solutions, while

The COO will oversee the following:
Operational Processes, Methods, and Tools:
- Identify and implement enhancements to boost efficiency and minimize costs across operations, sales, finance, and human resources.
- Standardize processes for quicker deployment and improved execution.
- Challenge existing standards to foster innovation.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Enhance customer experience through operational improvements.
- Develop and manage key operational and financial metrics to evaluate company performance.

Supply Chain & Procurement:
- Manage supplier relationships and maintain a comprehensive supplier database.
- Enhance sourcing strategies for equipment components.
- Forecast expenditures effectively.

Team Management:
- Build and lead a diverse, high-performing team.
Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) / Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG):

- Manage certification processes.
- Management experience overseeing a team of at least 20 individuals.
