In your capacity at Chargeurs PCC, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Support to the CIO: Aid the Chief Information Officer in the daily oversight of IT operations and the execution of IT strategies.
- Project Leadership: Direct and manage IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives, including the ERP transition.
- Information Security: Safeguard the integrity of information systems and ensure data protection in accordance with prevailing standards and regulations.
- Technological Advancement: Recommend and implement cutting-edge technological solutions to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate the organization's growth.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and nurture the IT team, consisting of 4 direct reports and numerous dotted-line reports across various regions.

- Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within a large, international organization.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in IT infrastructures, information management systems, and IT security protocols.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both English and French.
