Head of Performance Marketing

Lead Paid Social, Display, and Video Advertising Efforts

We're seeking an experienced Head of Performance Marketing to drive our paid acquisition efforts across European markets, including the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Canada, and future expansion markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advertising strategies and campaigns across all non-search channels in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, and Canada.
  • Manage and lead a team of three performance marketing managers.
  • Continuously analyze and guide the team in optimizing campaign performance to ensure maximum results across Paid Social, Display-, Video Advertising and other platforms such as Connected TV and Streaming Audio.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to develop cutting-edge creative tailored to drive maximum performance with our target audiences.
  • Work closely with the AdTech team to ensure end-to-end tracking and accurate incrementality measurement.
  • Drive the discovery and expansion into untapped social media channels, tailoring strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Develop and oversee a testing strategy to deliver data-driven insights for refining targeting, messaging, and advertising formats.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing innovations to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years experience in Performance Marketing; specific Paid Social, Display- and Video Advertising experience required.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that drive business value.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing effective non-search campaigns on diverse platforms.
  • Experience working in ROAS performance marketing with AdTech and incrementality measurement approaches.
  • A hard-working, thorough, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to contribute to the business.
  • Effective project management skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
