About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our software development organization at Brady Groupe SAS. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless, reliable, and secure shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and track quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of the QA processes
  • Provide input on requirements, design, usability, and testing during user story grooming
  • Build a test approach inside the system in cooperation with the development team and other QA Engineers
  • Prepare test plans and test scenarios
  • Design, build, and maintain automated tests
  • Conduct performance, load, and stress testing to ensure the software can handle expected performance criteria
  • Work with and mentor QA engineers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Hands-on experience in business acceptance testing, API testing, functional testing, non-regression testing
  • Proficient in automation testing
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
  • Strong knowledge with QA tools such as TestComplete, Cypress, Selenium
  • API tests with PostMan or similar tools
  • Experience on web and/or mobile tests
