About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at EQUANS France. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical systems installation projects in urban transportation infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and execute electrical works, including defining objectives and updating project files.
  • Lead and coordinate the tasks of your team (2-3 people) to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
  • Address non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
  • Determine the necessary resources (personnel, materials) for project completion.
  • Apply and enforce safety protocols.
  • Regularly report project progress, including notable events and additional work requested by clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical systems installation and project management.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
