Department: GROUP IT
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and adapt Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Provide training and mentorship to project and product teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and manage tasks, risks, and action items to ensure project success.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to promote effective decision-making and communication.
• Monitor team performance and progress, implementing strategies for improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of demos, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with external teams and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and deliver status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed of project developments.
• Analyze resource capacity and demand to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, particularly in IT program management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with expertise in tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on quality and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
