About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our R&D team at Brioches Fonteneau. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and implementing process improvements to meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure they meet our standards
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize processes
  • Collaborate with our production team to develop and implement new processes and procedures
  • Provide training and support to production staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field such as food science or engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and food safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
