Position: Supply Chain Planning Intern

As part of the Corporate Supply Chain division within the European planning sector, and under the guidance of the planning manager, you will take charge of the Production Schedule for a manufacturing facility. Joining a dedicated team of flow coordinators, you will engage in a role filled with responsibilities and opportunities for growth. This position will offer you significant professional exposure within a major industrial organization. After becoming acquainted with the relevant topics and tools, your tasks will encompass:
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders to strategize the production of various products, optimizing service levels while minimizing costs through effective production scheduling;
- Organizing monthly factory discussions and/or S&OP cycles, where you may participate or lead as necessary;
- Monitoring and evaluating KPIs pertinent to your responsibilities;
- Potentially contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives within the department.
During your onboarding, you will acquire knowledge about different Supply Chain functions and receive ongoing training. To qualify for this role, you should:
- Be enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a Business or Engineering program, or an equivalent university course, focusing on International Business or Supply Chain;
- Exhibit proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel (knowledge of SAP is advantageous) and English;
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, organization, proactivity, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit, thriving in an international context;
- Showcase diligence, analytical thinking, prioritization skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication.
