About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at YSL Boutique France SAS. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for representing the SAINT LAURENT brand and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Accommodate clients in a welcoming and professional manner, embodying the values of the SAINT LAURENT brand.
- Offer a unique, personalized, and high-quality experience to our discerning clientele.
- Adopt a consistent posture that aligns with the image and standards of the SAINT LAURENT brand.
- Listen to clients, introduce them to the products and universe of the SAINT LAURENT brand, and propose tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Provide expert advice on morphology, cuts, and materials.
- Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
- Strengthen client loyalty to the SAINT LAURENT brand.
- Monitor and analyze sales indicators for your boutique and client portfolio.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose corrective measures.
About You
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the ready-to-wear industry.
- You possess strong client management skills, with a focus on international clientele.
- You are a client-centric individual who prioritizes relationships over sales figures.
- You have a good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- You are interested in the business side of things, with a focus on commercial results and sales indicators.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to challenge and adapt.
- You are curious and passionate about the fashion industry and the SAINT LAURENT brand.
- You have a strong sense of product and cultural awareness.
