Your role will involve supervising 6 to 8 stores within a defined perimeter, providing operational support to store managers, and driving your team to achieve common goals, including customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for ensuring the commercial performance of your stores and working to improve economic indicators. You will also serve as the interface between your stores and support functions on all thematic matters.

Your Profile:

You will need a Bachelor's degree in management or commerce, with experience in the food or specialized distribution sector. Your leadership skills will enable you to take on this key role within our company.

Strong organizational skills are essential for managing priorities and driving results.
