About the Role

As a Claims Management Expert at Crédit Agricole Assurances, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing automobile claims. Your primary objective will be to provide technical assistance to claims handlers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and support to resolve claims efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance to claims handlers on claim handling procedures, policies, and best practices.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve claim handling efficiency and quality.
  • Manage complex and high-risk claims, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Represent the company on the ground, interacting with clients, experts, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including lawyers and experts.
